Our primary concern is the safety and integrity of the giclée artwork during transportation. To ensure this, all paintings are carefully rolled and encased in protective tubes designed to prevent any potential damage. This approach not only prioritizes the artwork’s protection but also avoids the increased costs and potential risks associated with shipping framed pieces. However, if you also decide to purchase a frame from our store, we offer free framing of the artwork upon request. Simply include your desire to take advantage of the free framing in the message to the seller when placing your order. Please be aware that shipping a framed painting involves higher shipping costs.
Due to their personalized nature, paintings framed upon request (even using frames purchased from our store) are not returnable.

We offer a 14-day return policy on all non-personalized prints. If you’re not satisfied with your non-personalized purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please be aware that paintings framed upon request (even using frames purchased from our store) are not eligible for returns (they are treated as personalized products). All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To return a non-personalized purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon contacting us, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the print back to us. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
